Who we are

IR35 Accountants (https://www.ir35accountants.co.uk) provides specialist IR35 and off-payroll accountancy services. For the personal data you submit through this site, we are the data controller.

What we collect

The quote form collects your name, town or city, email address, phone number and an optional message. We also record the page the request came from, the time of the request and, where present, the campaign parameters that brought you to the site (such as UTM tags) so we know which channels work. We do not collect special category data and ask you not to include it in the message field.

How we use and share it

We use your details for one purpose: responding to your enquiry and preparing your fixed written quote. The lawful basis is your consent, given when you submit the form. We do not sell your details, add you to marketing lists, or share them with third parties for their own purposes. If we cannot take on your matter we tell you and delete the request.

Retention

Quote requests are retained for up to 12 months so we can handle follow-up questions and complaints, then deleted. You can ask us to delete a request sooner at any time.

Cookies

This site does not set marketing or analytics cookies without consent. The quote form uses session storage (cleared when the tab closes) to remember which campaign brought you to the site during your visit. If analytics are introduced they will be gated behind a consent banner under UK PECR, and this notice and its cookie table will be updated first.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you can ask for access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, object to or restrict processing, and withdraw consent at any time. Email privacy@ir35accountants.co.uk and we will respond within one month. If you are unhappy with how we handle your data you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
